What are the fees for Meow invoicing?
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Meow invoicing is designed to be as low-cost as possible. Here's a complete breakdown of what's free and what has a fee.
Fee summary
Payment methodMeow fee | |
ACH bank transfer | Free |
Wire transfer (domestic) | Free |
Wire transfer (international) | Free |
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) | 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction |
Stablecoins (USDC, USDT, PYUSD, USDG) | Free |
There are no monthly fees, subscription fees, or setup fees for Meow invoicing.
ACH invoicing — zero fees
If your customer pays an invoice by ACH bank transfer, there are no fees charged by Meow — not per transaction, not monthly, not ever. Funds typically clear within 1–3 business days after payment.
This makes Meow significantly more affordable than platforms like Stripe, which charges 0.8% (capped at $5) for ACH, or QuickBooks/Bill.com, which charge similar fees.
Card payments — 2.9% + $0.30
If you enable card payments on your invoices, a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction applies. This fee is charged for each successful card payment. Card payments are powered by Stripe and require a one-time onboarding. See How to enable credit card payments for invoices for setup instructions.
If you have an existing pricing relationship with Stripe, you may be eligible for a lower rate — contact Stripe directly to confirm.
Will my customer be charged any fees?
Meow does not add fees on the customer's side. However, if your customer pays via ACH and their own bank charges outgoing transfer fees, those are charged by their bank and outside of Meow's control.
