My login is blocked or my account says "setup incomplete" — what should I do?

If you're having trouble logging in or see a message like "account setup incomplete," here are the most common causes and how to resolve them.

"Account setup incomplete"

This message usually means one of the following:

  • Your application is still under review. Account applications typically take 1–2 business days to process. If you applied recently, your account may simply not be approved yet.

  • A required step hasn't been completed. This could include identity verification (KYC), consent agreements, or a missing document. Check your dashboard or email inbox for any outstanding action items.

  • You've inadvertently started a new account signup instead of logging into an existing one. If you're an existing Meow customer and used a new-account flow by mistake, contact support to restore access.

Login is blocked entirely

If you're unable to log in at all:

  • Check your email for any messages from Meow about your account status or required actions.

  • Try resetting your 2FA if you've recently changed phones or lost access to your authenticator app. See How do I reset my two-factor authentication (2FA)? for instructions.

  • Contact support at support@meow.com with your registered email address and a description of the issue. Our team can review your account state and restore access.
