How to retrieve a payment confirmation PDF

When you send an ACH or wire transfer, Meow will supply a confirmation PDF with a reference number and payment ID

To find your payment confirmation follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the account you sent your payment from in https://app.meow.com/cash

  2. Click the relevant transaction and then download the confirmation PDF in the bottom right hand corner of your screen
