How to Schedule or Edit Future and Recurring ACH or Wire Transfers

Our platform allows you to schedule both one-time future transfers and recurring transfers. Here's how to set them up:
Scheduling a Future Transfer
Navigate to the "Move Money" flow in your dashboard.
Proceed through the transfer setup steps.
On step 5, you'll have the option to select a future date for your transfer.
Setting Up Recurring Transfers
For recurring transfers, you can configure the following options on step 5 of the "Move Money" flow:
Initial payment date: Choose when you want the first transfer to occur.
Frequency: Select either monthly or weekly transfers.
End date: Decide when the recurring transfers should stop. You can choose:
After a specific number of payments
On a specific end date
To continue indefinitely until you cancel
Multiple payments per month: To schedule payments twice per month (e.g., on the 1st and 15th), set up two separate recurring monthly transfers with different initial payment dates.
Important Notes
The scheduling options may not be immediately obvious. Be sure to look for them on step 5 of the transfer process.
Currently, there is no option to schedule transfers for specific days like "last business day of the month." Transfers can only be scheduled for specific calendar dates.
For bills that are due on the 1st of the month (like mortgages), scheduling a recurring transfer a few days before is recommended to ensure timely payment.
Editing Recurring Transfers
Recurring transfers cannot be edited once scheduled. To make changes, you’ll need to cancel the existing schedule and set up a new one.
To cancel, click into the scheduled payment and select the "Cancel Scheduled Payment" button at the bottom.
