How do I obtain Meow's SOC 2 compliance report?

Yes. Meow has completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination, and you can request the report through the Meow Trust Center.

Customers often need this report for annual vendor reviews, audits, or internal security assessments.

How to get the report

  1. Go to trust.meow.com.

  2. Request access to the SOC 2 report and any other documents you need.

  3. Once your request is approved, you can view and download the documents.

You may share the SOC 2 report with your own auditors and compliance platforms for vendor due diligence, as long as you keep it confidential.

What's the difference between SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2?

  • Type 1 looks at how controls are designed at a single point in time.

  • Type 2 tests how those controls actually operate over a period of time.

A Type 2 report shows that Meow's security controls are followed consistently in day-to-day operations.
