Can Meow provide audit confirmation letters or bank letters for external parties?

Last updated: April 10, 2026

Yes, in most cases. Meow can assist with providing documentation for external parties such as auditors, lenders, legal counsel, or government agencies. Here's what's available and how to request it.

Bank verification letters

A bank verification letter confirms your account details (routing number, account number, account holder name, and account status) on official letterhead. These are commonly requested by vendors, landlords, or other parties who need to verify your banking information.

You can download a bank verification letter directly from your Meow dashboard — no support request needed. See How to Download a Bank Verification Letter for instructions.

Audit confirmation letters (e.g. for Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY)

External auditors conducting financial statement audits sometimes send confirmation requests directly to a company's bank, asking Meow to confirm account balances and details as of a specific date. These are typically sent via email or through a digital confirmation platform (such as Iconfirm/Deloitte's platform).

If your auditor sends a confirmation request to Meow, our team will handle the response directly. If you need to direct your auditor to the correct contact, reach out to support@meow.com and we'll coordinate.

If you receive an audit confirmation request addressed to Meow or your banking partner, forward it to support and we'll ensure it's routed to the right team.

Account statements

Monthly account statements are available for download directly from your Meow dashboard at any time, including for closed accounts. See How to Access Statements for Closed Accounts if you need statements from a prior period.

What if I need a custom letter format?

If you need documentation in a specific format required by a third party, contact support@meow.com with the requirements and we'll do our best to accommodate.
