When you need to close your account with us, here's what you need to know:
Before Requesting Closure
Withdraw any remaining funds from your checking account
Ensure any pending transactions have cleared
If you have a brokerage account, work with support to ensure proper closure of investment positions
Requesting Account Closure
Contact our support team to request account closure. You can do this by:
Sending a message through the support chat
Emailing support directly at support@meow.com
Account Closure Process
Once requested, our team will:
Verify the account has a zero balance
Close any associated checking accounts
If applicable, coordinate with our brokerage partners to close investment accounts
Confirm closure once complete
If you have a brokerage account, the closure process may take a few additional business days to complete as we coordinate with our partners.
Additional Steps
After closure:
Save any statements or documents you may need for your records
Cancel any recurring transfers or payments set up through the account
Remove the account from any integrated services or apps
