How to get a voided check or account verification for your Meow account

When setting up payments or connecting external services, you may be asked to provide a voided check or account verification. Here are your options:

Account Verification Letter (Recommended)

The easiest and recommended method is to provide an account verification letter, which you can download from the Statements tab. This letter includes all necessary banking information and is accepted by most institutions.

To access your account verification letter:

  1. Go to the Statements tab at https://app.meow.com/cash/statements

  2. Download the account verification letter

Creating a Voided Check

If you specifically need a voided check, you can create one by following these steps:

  1. Click "Move Money" on your Checking tab

  2. Send a physical check to yourself

  3. Once you receive the check, write "VOID" across it

  4. Cancel the check payment through the Meow dashboard

Finding Your Account Details

To view your complete banking information (routing number, account number, and bank address):

  1. Go to the Cash dashboard

  2. Click "Manage Account" in the middle of your screen

  3. Select "View Details"

The bank information will show Grasshopper Bank, N.A. as the bank name, along with the complete bank address and routing number information.
