How do I send a USDC invoice to a customer?

Last updated: April 13, 2026

Meow invoices support USDC (and USDT, PYUSD, and USDG) as payment options alongside traditional bank transfers and card payments. Your customer can pay the invoice directly in stablecoins with no extra setup required on their end beyond having a USDC-compatible wallet.

How to create an invoice that accepts USDC

  1. Go to the Invoicing section of your Meow dashboard.

  2. Create a new invoice as usual — add your customer's details, line items, and due date.

  3. Stablecoin payment options are available by default once your account has stablecoin access enabled.

Are there fees for accepting USDC on invoices?

No. Accepting stablecoin payments on invoices is free. The 2.9% + $0.30 card processing fee only applies to credit card invoice payments — not to stablecoin or bank transfer payments.

How long does it take for USDC invoice payments to arrive?

Stablecoin payments settle on-chain, which is typically faster than ACH. During business hours, funds generally appear in your Meow stablecoin balance within an hour of the customer paying. Settlement timing can vary by blockchain network.
