How to set up international wire transfers

International transfers are available through our platform, but require completing an application process before you can use this feature.

Applying for International Transfer Access

To enable international wire transfers for your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your dashboard and navigate to Move Money

  2. On the payment options page, select International Transfer

  3. Complete the application process that appears

Once you submit your application, our team will review it and notify you when international transfer capabilities have been enabled for your account.

Important Notes

Please keep in mind:

  • International transfer access must be approved and enabled before you can send international wire transfers

  • The application process is required for compliance and security purposes

  • You will not see international transfer options until this feature has been activated for your account
