Why can’t I see a PIN number for my card?

Meow cards are same-day charge cards, not debit cards. This means they do not require or support PIN numbers for standard use.

Because of this, you won’t see a “View PIN” option in your dashboard.

🔒 For security, Meow charge cards are not compatible with ATM withdrawals or cash advances. If you're attempting to use your card at an ATM or terminal that prompts for a PIN, the transaction will not go through.

You can still use your card for:

  • Online purchases

  • In-store purchases (no PIN required; just tap, swipe, or insert)

If you're ever prompted for a PIN during a purchase, check whether it's an ATM or international terminal, in those cases, the card will not work.
