How do I track my physical card delivery?

After ordering a physical card through your Meow dashboard, you may want to track its delivery status to know when to expect it. Physical cards are shipped internationally from Poland through DHL and then transferred to USPS for final delivery in the US, which typically takes several weeks.

To get tracking information for your physical card, contact Meow support and request the tracking details. The support team will provide you with the appropriate tracking links.
Your card shipment will typically have two tracking numbers:
DHL tracking - for international shipping from Poland to the US: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking/tracking-parcel.html
USPS tracking - for final delivery within the US: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction
Important notes about delivery timing:
Physical cards are shipped from Poland and typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive
Cards go through customs clearance which can cause additional delays
The initial "3-5 days" mentioned during card creation refers to processing time, not delivery time
If your card doesn't arrive:
If tracking shows your card was delivered but you didn't receive it, or if it appears lost in transit, contact support immediately. They can work with the card issuer (Airwallex) to investigate and arrange for a replacement card with expedited shipping if necessary.
