How do I disconnect or remove an integration?

If you need to disconnect an accounting tool, payroll platform, or other integration from your Meow account, you can do so from your Meow dashboard or from the connected platform's settings.

Disconnecting from Meow's side

  1. Log in to your Meow dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings > Integrations (or the relevant integration section).

  3. Find the connected app you want to disconnect.

  4. Select Disconnect or Remove.

Disconnecting from the platform's side

Most integrations can also be revoked from within the connected platform. For example:

  • QuickBooks: Go to your QuickBooks settings and remove the Meow bank connection.

  • Xero: Go to Xero's bank accounts settings and disconnect Meow.

  • Brex or Ramp: Go to the connected accounts section in your Brex or Ramp dashboard and remove Meow.

Disconnecting from either side will stop the data sync. Historical transactions that have already synced will remain in the connected platform.

Will disconnecting affect my existing data?

No. Disconnecting an integration does not delete any historical transaction data that has already synced to your accounting or expense platform. It only stops future syncing.
